Before that, she worked at a contingency firm, AF Recruiting, specializing in the medical healthcare and life science industry. Her search experience mainly covers early discovery, clinical development, clinical operation, medical affairs, and business development. Grace holds a master’s degree in human resources from Queen’s University in UK and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Henan University of Technology.
